Winter Break Plans

     It's Finals Week here at South! It's my first one, and although I am a little nervous about my first round of college finals, I'm really looking forward to finishing a great first semester and starting winter break.      I'm so excited for the holiday season at home. I'm really looking forward to helping my family decorate the tree (even though they are a bit late!). Every year, my sister and cousins go to my grandma's house to make cookies and build a gingerbread house. I might be a little old for that now, but the cookies are SO good I can't resist.There's nothing better than a grandma's baking.      Another Christmas festivity I'm excited about is the light show. We go to New Orleans to see all the Christmas lights in City Park. It is a tradition for my whole family- grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, parents, siblings, and all. My Life as a Biomedical Sciences Student!

Hey, future jags! Some of you may know exactly what you want to major in, and some of you may have no clue. Don't worry! It's okay if you fit into either of these categories. For me, I was pretty confident that I wanted to major in Biomedical Sciences on the pre-medical track. In case you're looking into what you want to major in, here is some insight for my life as a Biomedical Sciences student.
